Falahari aloo chilla

Happy Navratri to all Falahari aloo chilla Ingredients 2 large  potato 1 cup rajgiri flour 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves fresh 2 finely chopped green chilli 1 tsp black pepper powder Rock salt as required Ghee as required Method Peel and grate the raw potatoes and keep aside. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except ghee. Mixture should be thick like soggy wheat dough. Add drop by drop water if needed. Heat a non-stick-pan  and  sprinkle some ghee. Now spread ladle full of batter to make round medium thick pancake. Drizzle some ghee and cook it,when it become dry on the top flip it Now cook till it becomes golden and crispy. Serve hot.
