Rabri malphua Ingredients 1 litre milk 2 spoon maida(khane wali spoon) Ghee for frying For sugar syrup 1 bowl sugar 1/2 bowl water Some saffron strands Mehtod for sugar syrup Sugar,water,saffron ko ek pan me add kre or cook kre..approx 5 minutes. Sticky hone tak approx 1 thread syrup ho jaye For malphua Firstly milk ko boil hone rhke jab boil ho jaye slow falme kre or pakaye jab tak milk 3/4 na ho jaye approx 25-30 minutes lgege. Now thick rabri ban jaegi milk ki ab flame off kre or rabri me maida mix kre ache se. Pouring consistency ka batter hona chaiye required hotoh maida or todi add kre. Ab ek non-stick pan me ya tai me ghee heat kre Jab ghee garam ho flame toda low kre or spoon batter genetly pour kre chote pan cake jse bn jaege. Low to medium flame par malphua fry kre. Flip kre or other side b fry kre. Flip krkrke ache see golden hone tak fry kre. Fry hone k baad malphua ko warm sugar syrup me dunk krde. Serve hot hot rabri malphua.
