Happy Navratri to all Falahari aloo chilla Ingredients 2 large  potato 1 cup rajgiri flour 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves fresh 2 finely chopped green chilli 1 tsp black pepper powder Rock salt as required Ghee as required Method Peel and grate the raw potatoes and keep aside. In a large bowl mix all ingredients except ghee. Mixture should be thick like soggy wheat dough. Add drop by drop water if needed. Heat a non-stick-pan  and  sprinkle some ghee. Now spread ladle full of batter to make round medium thick pancake. Drizzle some ghee and cook it,when it become dry on the top flip it Now cook till it becomes golden and crispy. Serve hot.

Rabri malphua Ingredients 1 litre milk 2 spoon maida(khane wali spoon) Ghee for frying For sugar syrup 1 bowl sugar 1/2 bowl water Some saffron strands Mehtod for sugar syrup Sugar,water,saffron ko ek pan me add kre or cook kre..approx 5 minutes. Sticky hone tak approx 1 thread syrup ho jaye For malphua Firstly milk ko boil hone rhke jab boil ho jaye slow falme kre or pakaye jab tak milk 3/4 na ho jaye approx 25-30 minutes lgege. Now thick rabri ban jaegi milk ki ab flame off kre or rabri me maida mix kre ache se. Pouring consistency ka batter hona chaiye required hotoh maida or todi add kre. Ab ek non-stick pan me ya tai me ghee heat kre Jab ghee garam ho flame toda low kre or spoon batter genetly pour kre chote pan cake jse bn jaege. Low to medium flame par malphua fry kre. Flip kre or other side b fry kre. Flip krkrke ache see golden hone tak fry kre. Fry hone k baad malphua ko warm sugar syrup me dunk krde. Serve hot hot rabri malphua.

Ragda patties For ragda 4 cup white matar or kabuli chana(half half night me soak kre) Tomato paste(2 tomato+2 hari mirch aur 1 piece adarak+coriander leaves ek saath grind kre) 1 tsp tsp dhaniya jeera powder 1 tsp haldi powder 1tsp red chilli powder 2 tbsp oil 2 tsp jeera Salt to taste 1tspChana masala Safed matar or chole ko over night ua atleast 8-9 hours soak kr lege. Phir haldi,salt and desire pani (approx 11-12 cup water)add krke boil krlege. Now kadai me oil garam krege jeera crackle krege or tomato paste dalke bhunege... Jab ache se bhunne lge spices add krege Red chilli powder,salt,chaatmasala,coriander or pakege jab masala oil chod de matar chole me mix krdege 2-3 minute cook kre..ready h ragda!! Patties k liye 10 big potato...boiled 4 tbsp poha(soak krke excess water nikal de) 2 green chilli chopped Salt to taste 1tsp Red chilli powder 1 tbsp chopped coriander Oil for shallow fry Boiled potato ko mash kre ache se isme barik kata hara dhaniya,green chilli,salt,red....

Rajma chawal

Rajma chawal Ingredients 250 gm. Rajma soaked whole day 3onions finely chopped 2tomatoes finely chopped 1tsp each red chilli powder or as per taste 1tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Generous pinch of garam masala 2-3 tsp Oil METHOD Pressure cooker me oil garam kre. Now add the onions fry till golden brown. Now isme tomatoes and masale add kre or fry kre. Now add the Rajma with 3 cups of water. 7-8 whistles le or phr flame off krke steam relase hone de. Ready h rajma. For chawal Ingredients 1 cup rice Water Ghee METHOD Boil water in a large pot. Now jab water boiling point par ho rice add kre and 8-10 minutes cook kre. Strain kre and ghee add kre. :)
